As you placed this into the No Mercy folder that means you want a brutally honest Critique from #thephotographyunion
As you said you were trying to achieve a deserted streed and a lack of life feeling to it. I feel that having less cars in the photo would increase that effect..having no cars at all would be even better.
Also maybe cropping it from the upper and lower part would mean less scrolling and a better look of the overall picture and have a better impact on the person viewing.
But all in all it's a good sharp and contrasty photo with a good feel to it.
